Muhammad Amujee

Tax Associate

Muhammad is an Associate, advising individuals, entrepreneurs and privately owned businesses on a broad range of UK tax matters. He works closely with clients to help them navigate tax challenges as they grow, restructure and plan for the future, delivering practical advice that balances technical accuracy with commercial objectives.

With over five years of tax experience spanning both the public and private sectors, Muhammad brings a broad perspective to client engagements. He began his career at HMRC before moving into personal and corporate tax practice, where he advised landlords, sole traders, partnerships, high-net-worth individuals and owner-managed businesses. This foundation has provided him with a strong understanding of both the technical application of tax legislation and the practical challenges faced by taxpayers.

At Syon Tax, Muhammad supports clients and advisers on a wide range of advisory projects, including business restructurings, shareholder planning, succession strategies, transactions and private wealth planning. He is particularly passionate about helping clients achieve their long-term objectives through thoughtful structuring and forward-looking tax planning, ensuring tax considerations support wider commercial and family goals rather than drive them.

Alongside his advisory work, Muhammad has a strong interest in tax technology and innovation. He is actively involved in developing technology-driven solutions that improve efficiency, enhance client experience and enable more effective delivery of complex tax advice.

Muhammad is currently studying towards the ATT and CTA qualifications as he continues to develop his expertise across business, transaction and private client tax matters.
