Ammar is an ATT and CTA-qualified Chartered Tax Advisor with extensive experience in corporate and international tax, earned across Big 4 and top 10 accountancy practices in the UK. He advises privately owned businesses, real estate funds and international groups on their most complex tax challenges.

His expertise has a heavy focus on M&A and post-deal structuring — giving clients the benefit of big-firm transaction experience combined with the responsiveness and directness of an independent practice. His client base spans ambitious owner-managed businesses, ultra-high-net-worth families and international clients.
