Danika is an assistant tax manager at Syon Tax with over seven years’ experience advising owner-managed businesses on a broad range of UK tax matters. Prior to recently joining Syon Tax, she worked at Dains (formerly Magma), where she gained extensive experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory services, including business restructurings, demerger transactions and management buy-outs. During her time there, she was awarded Dains Employee of the Year 2024 in recognition of her contribution to the firm.

Danika is passionate about delivering clear, commercially focused advice and supporting clients through complex business transactions. She prides herself on being approachable, responsive and focused on providing practical solutions to her clients’ tax challenges.
